Dr. Seeber is an active surgical staff member at St. Anthony's Hospital regional trauma center in Rockford, IL. Dr. Seeber is also on staff at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Our office houses a fully equipped operating room and Anesthesia services to reduce the need for costly and inconvenient hospital visits and stays. Physical therapy after your surgery can be offered to you at our in office facility. Should the need arise, we are available for after-hours emergency care at prices far lower than comparable emergency room treatment. What We Can Do To Help You......
Our office participates in many HMO/PPO, and insurance plans, including Medicare. We will be happy to help you file insurance claims to enable you to receive maximum reimbursement.
