Eighty percent of people eventually can suffer some type of foot or ankle problem in their lives. These problems can eventually cause pain throughout the skeletal structure, and manifest themselves as pain in the knee, hip or back.   Podiatrists are specially trained physicians whose clinical and surgical training allow them to diagnose foot and ankle problems and provide a treatment plan tailored to the specific needs of the patient.

The Seeber Foot and Ankle Clinic was founded in 1938 by Dr. Harold Seeber with a goal of establishing a center to serve the Podiatric needs of patients of all ages.  Dr. Philip Seeber took over the practice and continues to hold to his highest goals, quality patient care and state of the art Podiatric treatment.   Dr. Seeber is an active surgical staff member at St. Anthony's Hospital regional trauma center in Rockford, IL. Dr. Seeber is also on staff at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Our office houses a fully equipped operating room and Anesthesia services to reduce the need for costly and inconvenient hospital visits and stays.   Physical therapy after your surgery can be offered to you at our in office facility.  Should the need arise, we are available for after-hours emergency care at prices far lower than comparable emergency room treatment.
